It was thick and packed with the calories he needs for his job.
I decided to order this after seeing a couple youtube videos of people reviewing this product.
I use to weigh 145lb, now after using the product i weigh about 165lb.

And the price for 12 pounds was pretty great.
Competitiveness
After 3, 6lb uses i've put on at least 12lbs of hopefully lean muscle mass!
