Pros

They give me the energy i need to get through a workout and help with the recovery after. Worked great to crush the pill. I see people on here omplaing about the size of the pill-they are large but they are also easy to *.

Cons

The quantity for what it is for the price is great, but please dont buy it because of that. Wanted to return and wasn’t possible. Also impossible to contact custom support. Optimum nutrition usually has amazing products, but this is not one of them.

Tried swallowing and choked to the point of fear. Even when cut in half they will still create blockage from swallowing. Chewing is unpleant. There is no reason the tablets have to be so huge. They are not tablets, they are blimps!

Reviews complain about pill size for any old pill, but these are the worst. These pills are 1 inch long and 1/2 inch wide! How pills can even be produced this size is beyond me.
