This is the second time i've order this product (first time being in febuary) and both times, it came past the expiration date 02/30. Poor customer service a d quality from optimum. Changed formula. Do not buy.

I purchased these due to the impact they have on preventing growth hormone loss but i guess combining this with a few milligrams of melatonin leads to deeper sleep as well

I would strongly recommend you take these with a light snack over the last few months there were two cases where i would burp after they dissolve and feel the zma smell the same way a burp from carbonated drinks can feel

I only take 2 when i remember to take them 3 makes me groggy when i wake up
