Assists In Saliva Production
Customers have a generally positive opinion about the product's ability to assist in saliva production. Many mention that it helps relieve dry mouth during sleep, making it easier for them to sleep and wake up without sore throats. Some customers also appreciate its long-lasting effect and non-slicky consistency that keeps the melts in place throughout the night. However, a few customers have noted that the product only lasts for 3-4 hours, which is less than ideal for some users.

Adheres To Inner Cheeks
Customers have positive feedback about the OraCoat XyliMelts' ability to adhere to inner cheeks and last for hours, providing relief from dry mouth. Some mention the inconspicuousness of using the backside to keep it in place, while others appreciate the assurance that they won't be choking on them during sleep. However, a few customers have had issues with previous dry mouth products causing stickiness or not lasting long enough.
