Pros
The bluetooth connectivity is really good. Similar to apple's connectivity with their airpods and an apple device.
The *-b 7000 series is incredibly powerful. It far exceeds a manual toothbrush and your mouth feels like you just left the dentist when you are done brushing. The timer with the smilie face to track brushing is fun and a nice touch.
Cons
Battery charge from dead takes a stupendously long time like 30 hrs; unacceptable. After a full charge, 4minutes use a day lasts only a week. Replacing the battery could be very costly and inconvenient.
The quality and longevity are deteriorating. Som, that means then the brush must be worth the $150 itself right? My absolute worst fault with the * b brushes is the blasted light show when you brush your teeth.

If you leave it on the charger, it drips and creates a mucky bond with the charger (even if i dry it after brushing)

Packaging/appearance
It was indeed new in the box but when i opened it i noticed that there was a coupon in the box for $3.
The package does come with some fluff, i suppose the travel case is great for people on the go, and is a nice touch.
