The product is alright but i recieved the product without any seal and the box was damaged as can be seen in the pictures. I reiterate, this issue is an 'exceptional circumstance' for return. This item is not returnable think twice before ordering.

I would advise to take off the head and dry the main body for keeping it in good condition overtime

Charger not working after 5 months dont know how and where to claim warrantyedit searched for the customer care online and got a replacement within 15 days of the complaint by pg excellent customer service
