Soft section works great on the super tight gaps (things get crowded while braces are doing their thing) hardest section feels like it cleans insanely well. It is thicker in the middle than regular floss, but has long regular ends to pull it through.

Great product. Better price than major retailers. Considering switching brands. They need to be shipped in a box!

Very little of each strand is actually spongy floss. The plain floss portion is so stiff and hard it is impossible to use. Don't waste your money or risk ineffective flossing.

Only pro is that the stiffened end does slide easily between teeth and under dental work. I have a permanent retainer on the bottom row of my teeth and i have used the threaded end to floss that area and the floss breaks easily.

There is no coating on the floss, so once you actually get it through your teeth, it feels like you're flossing with sandpaper. The spongey part starts disintegrating after a few passes.
