Simple packaging. Super easy to use. Battery backup is also satisfactory.
Cons
Wrong product combo offers. Head is not compatible with * b vitality 100 electronic toothbrush. Also the product is non-returnable. I'm not sure what s wrong, might be the battery or the charger.
