Pros

Files really good, really quick. These are great and much cheaper than the stihl brand.

Used them to sharpen my chainsaw. They do a great job of sharpening chains quickly. Great for touching up the cutters.

The 12 files themselves are in a thin cardboard box similar to a toothpaste box. Buying a box at a time is the cheapest way to go. Keep scrolling down, the box of files is available too.

Cons

Files are harden metal which most likely dulled each other. The box was taped to hold it together and ripped in several places. I like to keep a box handy on my workbench but this box is too damaged.

Shipping

I contacted the oregon help line and they promptly shipped replacements.

All 12 arrived and the files were not damaged, that is all i will say about their shipping.

Ordered a second time from amazon and received 12 files as stated in title.

My only complaint is with the shipping.

Packaging/appearance

Well packaged and delivered in perfect condition.

Box was completely obliterated and just had a bag with pieces of a box an a bunch of loose file.

In transit the box inside was crushed and the files broke loose, two of which punctured the bag and were lost.

Competitiveness

I have 2 different models of 2-in-1s, stihl brand both bought from amazon.

Save some money and buy these over sthil.

Hopefully will last longer than the chinese made files sold in most stores.
