To work with ultrawide you need to create a custom display resolution profile in nvidia control panel.

I have hunted over several months for a splitter/matrix/switch that has edid builtin and would support 4k@60fps.

To my amazement it did in fact support 4k@60fps (edid: 1000), and it also supported hdr pass-thru !
