My old roku had direct audio outputs but none of the new models include this feature.

As mentioned in the da41 product description with this kind of setup the tv volume controls dont inherently adjust the level of the audio going out on the earc interface but it was easy to set up my system to have the main remote we use control the volume on the soundbar instead

When attempting to connect the tv to my sonos playbar i realized there was no toslink optical output on the tv mandatory for the arc input on the sound bar
