Pros

The orgain protein powder has 25g of protein, 10g of fiber, and 80 superfoods. The product has quality ingredients with 10g fiber, 25g plant based protein and over 80 super food.

Chicken nugget smoothies are a great way to fill in the gaps in your diet. They keep you full for hours and give you enough energy to do everything you need to do without crashing before lunch. No gaping nutritional gaps!

They are all seem good. It's downright impressive. This one is one of the better ones i've tried, but honestly, that's not saying too much.

Cons

A tiny bit is ok, but you need to be careful with it if you're older or have a damaged esophagus due to reflux. What a huge disappointment. I hope they have not discontinued their chocolate fudge meal replacement for this.
