Pros

It has a creamy * due primarily to sunflower lecithin. Slightly thicker than some from pea protein and guar gum. It has 10g of protein per serving where most almond milk products have 1g.

Orgain is my favorite brand. My only complaint is that the last order was the lightly sweetened and not the unsweetened variety.

All you need is a glass quart jar with a lid. Just pour one quart of your milk into the glass jar and add the powder starter and stir and put the lid on. I always keep a carton in the fridge so it is cold and ready to use.

Cons

I hope the unopened cartons are returnable. When they're not even a gallon they should cost no more than $2.

The flavor is just awful - chalky, bitter. It has a bitter chemical taste and an even worse aftertaste.
