Pros

This is the first apple cider vinegar gummy i have tried. They’re also a great texture and chewy without getting stuck in your teeth. There was no acidic aftertaste and the texture was smooth.

These taste sooo good! They have just the right texture and a tart but somewhat fruity flavor. They taste great - like a green apple fruit snack.

On top of the struggle of the pandemic forcing me to do all of my workouts in my apartment and not a gym make it difficult to not get disappointed. I remember my mothers best friends raving about the benefits of vinegar for many years growing up.

As for if they work in terms of weight loss, time will tell, but they seem like good, quality vitamins.
