I just began to take ashwagandha i can’t say how will work on me but it was highly recommended from my friend so i’m so exited and i can’t wait to see the results

Often i need to rinse the drinking glass with water to get all the powder deposited in the bottom and drink the dregs to get the full dose

That being stated at 1 tsp dose every morning i have allday positive energy and a noticeably happier disposition
