Pros
Soft, absorbent, and machine washable. They dry quickly and are easy to wash. They feel just as soft when i take them out the dryer.
They seem to hold a lot of leakage but don't make a mess of my bra. The only complaint is that they are a bit bulky so you can see that through most shirts. But they fit comfortably in my nursing bras.
Cons
These are not absorbent at all. They easily shift around in my bra and don't always cover or soak up leaking breastmilk. Once your milk dries it literally smells like rotten milk in there.
These are far far worse than the lansinoh reusable pads. They produce loose lint after every wash as well. And lastly the bamboo is not very comfortable.

They get so soft and fluffy the more you wash them and beat itchy disposable nursing pads my a long shot!
However, they did leak halfway through the day (heavy letdowns) and also the texture started to irritate my nipples and make them itch.
