Pros

This product goes well with oatmeal and yogurt. Just as they say, it's delicious and healthy! These are very helpful for constipation issues. Omega.

These chias are always fresh and plump up so nicely. I love how the bag closes at the top for easy access and storage. Handy resealable bag.

Cons

It has a cut/slashed on the left side of the plastic container. I'm afraid to include it on my cereal bec it might be contaminated. It also has a warning that consuming this product can expose you to chemicals.
