Pros

Cinnamon's role in mimicking insulin and positively impacting the way my body transports glucose and all that good stuff. Bitter melon addition helps too.

Great product and i love that it is in gelatin capsule.

The capsules are easy to *, and i don't get cinnamon burps. Easy to * capsules with wonderful fresh aroma.

Cinnamon supplement helps with blood sugar levels. I am hopeful it will help reduce my blood sugar. Im taking it together with berberine and it helps with lowering my blood sugar.

One pound equals 454 grams, which would give you 756 capsules containing 600mg each. True ceylon cinnamon from sri lanka costs about $30 per pound. Is it china or vietnam where most of the cheap cassia cinnamon is from?
