I emailed the email it told me to and then i got an email that states email cannot be delivered as there is a problem with the recipients email system and they will not receive the email so i guess i wont be receiving my extra set of the dryer balls

Overall i am set these dryer balls soften my sheets blankets and pillows much better and they even reduce static electricity better than any disposable wasteful sheets

The first few times i ran it with the balls i did not use the bounce sheets and i could feel the static from the clothes
