Pros

Elderberry is packed with antioxidants. Even after being vaccinated, an antioxidant/immune booster just shores up defenses in these pandemic times. I find myself taking these somewhat regularly but especially lately when my * feels a little scratchy.

Product has the highest concentration added with ginger and vitiam d. Ingredients cover exactly what i need! Proven ingredients for immum support.

Sports research customer service is awesome. My whole family loves this elderberry caps.

Cons

After the first day in there the powder inside the caps seems to disintegrate and disappear. As the week passes and i go to the next day there is less and less inside of the capsule. Ont he second order, it has a weird taste.
