Quality
Ive been using as directed on the package 3x a week and am very happy with the product.
I have super sensitive skin and it was not irritated with this product.
I read some other reviews about the product separating but i did not experience that issue at all.
I base all my reviews on quality, value, and personal experience of the product.
Price
The price is high, but i really like this scrub.
My only complaint (aside from the cost) is the consistency of the scrub; it doesn't look like the seller's photos (they've warmed it up).
Packaging/appearance
I love that it says avoid overuse on the packaging, because i really do wish i could use it every single day.

I didnt expect it to even do anything to my black heads yets it cleaned most of them out in one wash

You have to follow directions of wetting your hands with and rubbing in a circular motion
