Pros

This nighttime supplement is sugar-free and vegan and gluten-free, catering to those with dietary restrictions. This product helps you fall asleep and stay asleep. It also helps you have a restful night's sleep.

The taste is surprisingly enjoyable - it has a bold, lovely, creamy coconut flavor that makes it easy to take before bed. It tastes delicious (i got the pineapple flavor - think pina colada).

Cons

Product makes me nauseated and gives me migraines. I find it harder to fall asleep on this.

Texture is super thick and since it has to be refrigerated it’s think cold and off tasting. The taste is kind of chalky and doesn’t really taste like cranberry at all.

Pineapple flavor is so much better than coconut btw!

It helped me more with staying asleep than falling asleep, but every piece to the puzzle helps.

I quite like the taste, and it might help me go to sleep a little faster, but it certainly hasn’t helped me stay asleep.

For the price, i won’t be repurchasing.
