Youve got to be careful in dosing with these natural products as some can be quite potent and your body may need a titration period of low doses to get used to it thankfully i didnt experience any negatives at any point of starting it

I found it helped aid digestion felt general dayanxiety had reduced somewhat and certainly did feel somewhat more both relaxed and energetic in mornings compared to before using this tea mix and after stopping for a week not taking it on holiday

I love this as its so easy to use but ive knocked a star off because the lid isnt tight and it spilled onto the floor and it was a nightmare to clean up as it was so fine it was creating a fog in the air
