My stainless steel pan for boiling tea: stained (and i believe stained forever).
Took turmeric capsule for 4 weeks and see very little difference and stop to do it.
Price
But i cant really afford his prices as i am on a fixed income.
Can get a bit pricey for those wanting to use on long term basis.
Competitiveness
It's reacts much differently than my current turmeric powder and it also doesn't have much taste.
I'm a figure competitor so lifting heavy on the regular has affected my elbows.
Compare that to the high dollar capsules you pay a hell of a lot more for which are mainly turmeric powder.
