Mary ruth's methyl b12 spray is easy to use, easy to dispense, and tastes great. The flavor is a rich berry flavor, but not like a * cough syrup or anything like that.
Cons
One of the biggest problems with supplements is that often they taste pretty bad. It also matters that the source of vitamin b-12 is irrelevant. A huge factor in its effectiveness is placebo effect.
The b12 spray is just leaking nonstop. It leaks everywhere and stains everything. The company needs to do something about the cap.

I have always taken pill form b12 however after doing some research i read that liquidform vitamins are better absorbed
