Pros
The best tea ever for iced tea. This is by far the nicest tasting flavor. Can be brewed three times if brewed properly. Fine line between just right and over and under brewed.
The tea has a delicate texture and tast, with a mild, natural sweetness. Has fruity bites with a buttery finish. Not quite as heady as the one from tao of tea.
Cons
Tea is extremely bitter, or it is bitter as over-brewed green tea would be. Buds are not like the picture shown. It seems i have to add more than 2 tsp to get proper flavor.

This was a gift to expose my buddy to the product.
I have never purchased silver needle tea from a large retailer like tealyra, so i was a bit skeptical about the quality at first.
Price
This tea was available at a reasonable price.
Packaging/appearance
I was more than upset to find that teavana was closing as their body + mind blend was one of my staples.
Competitiveness
Looks and tastes just like teavana but you get double the amount at a quarter of the price
Seller has the right stuff at the right price.
