I was thinning on one side behind my ear and balding on my hairline on both sides of my forehead

For example after 4 years of not cutting my hair i was all but bald on top starting at the front and going down the middle to the back maybe a quarter of an inch on top and about an inch and a half on the sides after 4 years of no haircuts
