Maybe that will help and the instructions provided not the greatest and doesnt mention this which could have caused problems for others

Regarding the size it absolutely holds two large towels folded lengthwise putting one on the very top of the item not the bar and the next towel on the first bar

Shelf holes did not line up but drill fixed that in seconds

I searched for something else but mostly found those “valet” things that are designed to hang a suit jacket and dress shirt and have a tray for cuff links and a gold watch … all of that definitely doesn’t describe me who usually just wears jeans and a tee shirt

Believe me i know how frustrating it is to put something together using crude wordless drawings

It just takes a closer look at the instruction sheet to see that two of them are labeled 2 and two are labeled 3 and the only difference between the two is that the holes are slightly different sizes

You have to really get the screws tight to get it to hold together solidly
