Overall it is easy to hold and provides good protection but the button coverings are too thick

Due to how this case wraps so snugly around the phone i would highly recommend that you get a screen protector because the case does not protect the screen in any way

The rugged cover does cover the screen and comes up around the screen to keep if from direct impact when you lay it face down or drop it

Since the new glass phones are incredibly slippery you definitely need a case just to keep it from sliding out of your hand

Im not brave enough to actually drop test such an expensive phone but i can say that this makes the phone easy to hold on to with out making it too difficult to put in my pocket
