Works great, no issues with using this docking station.

Any time you install or remove a drive, all drives in this dock drop for a moment and windows 10 loses its mind over it.

Enabling ntfs compression bought back that 10% overhead for the mostly pdf data i was archiving, so this single disk held 4 tb of data.

This was the cheapest solution, and it performs great.

Transfer speeds are pretty good and definitely tax the usb 3.
