Pros

The quality is the top notch. Working perfectly without any flaw. Works as advertised.

Gb ssd makes a good external drive and works surprising fast. Speeds are average at best but for the price paid, very good value. Can be used to connect a sata drive to an xbox or an imac.

It is the simplest solution to get things done without breaking a bank. The enclosure itself is tool free and easy to use. Very easy to convert a internal 2. Drive. Easy to install and use right away.

Cons

Cheap plastic case doesn't stay securely closed. Even with ssd the only way to use is with the cover off. If i have to leave the ssd at an angle where i can’t close the lid then it defeats the purpose of buying a drive enclosure.

Plug in to computer makes the ding as usb has been plugged. Media could not be loaded. I upload a short clip with the drive once sorted properly and it stop working.

Works well with timetec ssd for teslacam.

Stay with black until orico offers matching color cables.

I had originally tried the more popular sabrent enclosure, which kept giving me an error on my mac mini m2 pro.
