This indicates that there is a design flaw in the product. It seriously needs a heat sink to be placed on the two usb ics on the pc board and that heat can be bled off.

For anyone using it as a computer usb hub the optional power input is 15w via usbc so dont expect it to work with more than 12 external hddssd drives at a time
