The build quality feels a little cheap with plastic compared to some of the other products at this price range i've researched. No issues whatsoever. As the man doing the review said, it's a keeper.
The orico toolfree usb 3. Tb drive is easy to use and easy to install. Just connect to the internet and insert the drive.

There are kernel settings to disable uas for the enclosure and fall back on the older, slower usb-storage driver that made it work for some people.

I used a flash drive with gparted a linux disk editing os to boot my pc and then to change the partition table from msdos to gpt and then partioned the drive in ntfs

However the enclosure is made of plastic and it tends to get hot when writing larger files

So this casedrive combo has multitb rsyncs to it which takes a while

During this time the drive rapidly gets up to 51c too hot for my liking and practically too hot to touch
