Temp monitoring of it used to fluctuate some, and get high under load. All plastic, flimsy. Poor heat dissipation.

Top cover slides off, insert drive, it only goes in one way, slide cover back on and your done.

Priced right for what it is and does.

Regular external drives do not have an offon switch which i think is important

One small comment being plastic the lid can come loose if you squeeze the enclosure too tightly in the wrong place

I bought this because my aging gt12 yr old tower finally went bellyup and i wanted to do a last full backup of the hard drive to move all of that ancient and modern history to a new machine
