Quality
This unit has ben installed into my asus sabertooth/core i5 build and it has worked great.
Physically the device seems to be well built and the black back plate matched the finish on my cooler master case.
Apparently it monitors usb speeds and devices but it looks outdated and cheaply developed.
All fail to load correctly or cause the blue screen of death.
Price
99, much of which i could have avoided had i had the foresight to anticipate this minor problem and bought the extension cable @amazon.
0 header panel but my board, because i was budgeting didn't have a 20-pin connector port.
Shipping
The product was exactly what was expecting and arrived when scheduled.
The required kernel module, xhci hcd, is shipped with the distribution and it will install automatically when it detects this card.
But get this, i was contacted by the seller by email before it arrived that i would need to download some drivers from a website.

Packaging/appearance
I unpacked it, installed it in the pcie-mini slot, plugged in the usb 3.
It was not however packaged with the correct drivers for windows 7.

Orico even sent me another usb card thinking that it might be defective this was not the case

Thinking that it might be possible it was the pc i tried it on another xp computer the drivers failed to load on this computer as well

Though i purchased this card to work for xp at this point i plan on keeping it and using it when i migrate to windows 7 later on this year
