Pros
Enclosure makes old hard drive into an external backup hard drive. Samsung 870 ssd tested in the enclosure. Only minor issue is the propriatrary plug instead of a standard android plug.
I like that it's a bit more colourful, but the use of plastic for the enclosure does give it a much cheaper feel. Nice design for such an inexpensive product. Made of molded plastic, but serves it's purpose and is an excellent value.
Cons
I've always had issues with (cheapish) external enclosures. They usually develop issues on the physical usb connectors. Useful in the arctic maybe.

Very pleased with this enclosure, purchased an ssd on amazon to use for external storage for the ps5 .

With the drive in, it doesn't move.
You could swap drives as needed but at this price, pick up the multi-pack.

For the price, i'm getting good speeds on my drive.
I would recomend this enclosure as long as the price is below $18.

Put a 256gb ssd into this to make a good external drive and works surprising fast.
Simple, effective and for the sale price it was a no-brainer to buy two of them.
Stay with black until orico offers matching color cables.
I have a collection of these orico cases and decided to try the new usb-c cabled version.

I was given a full refund when the product arrived and was not working properly and the company run out of the same product to ship a replacement

I have changed the hard drive of my notebook to sdd

The case is plastic and there is no heat dispersement built in so if you used it heavily it get quite hot

I had a ssd in a different enclosure and it was recognized as usb 2 so i couldt use it on my new xbox

With a couple spare drives kicking around i thought id try this enclosure to see if it would be acceptable to continue to make use of them
