Awesome product, easy to install and use, will buy again!

Works wonderfully and allowed me to redeploy three old hard drives into workable, storage units.

The final straw for me, was when this drive bay ejected and subsequently erased three 16 tb hard drives which contained critical data.

Feels insubstantial when there are no drives in itit doesn't support uas mode, it's not even in the usb descriptor.

Make no mistake, for the price, it's a good product.

This is a great device for its price with a couple of big flaws.

They really should package the firmware update software with the unit or provide some other mechanism to disable it.

Competitiveness

The orico 5 bay is one of the best multiple drive bays on the market.

This was a clean and inexpensive alternative to replacing the nas.
