The only way that it loses air is if you open the valve otherwise it stays inflated for weeks

Whats more you can easily remove all the air so that it goes flat as a sheet of paper and then fold it back into its original sack

I also have fibromyalgia and while i love camping i was dreading the nights as during my last trip the hard surface triggered a bad flare up for me

I did pump a bit more air in on the second night but had to let some out again as it ended up too firm

At no point could i feel the ground on my hips shoulders etc

My dog also seemed to love it though i tried to keep her off it in case her nails scratched it
