Ink is dried out worked for about 3 sheets and then nothing. Never again. Hope they lose all their customer lawsuits.
Ink is 6 months old and cartridges do not expire until end of 2024. Getting frustrated with the delivery in my mailbox 2 km away, being disabled and my mail rejected bc mailbox is full. Switching away from hp asap to a simple black and white printer.

Quality
The colour cartridges are easy to install in the printer and last a reasonable amount of time.
Ink was very good printer runs excellent!
I just had the return two orders of ink, they were not hp, printers dont recognize alternate ink substitutes.
Lesson learned - only hp brand from now on!
Price
Disappointed with price when i opened up the amazon app later to find 910xl with the three colors plus the black for a few dollars more.
You pay through the nose for the cartridges it is a ploy to make more and more money.
Wish it more ink for the price
Low price on the printers but they kill you when buying there ink.

I like the delivery process which is really good and fast.
Exactly what i ordered, and delivered on time.
Competitiveness
A lot better than the chinese nock-offs that i mistakenly ordered last time.
I bought a cheaper brand which would not work in my hp printer.
I only use the hp brand as it is the only one that shows the true colors.

People should be notified that substandard ink cartridges will not be recognized in hp printers

Other ink isnt recognized sellers should put that in their add if they think buying other than what their machine uses it wont work
