Pros

This suitcase glides like it's an ice skate on an ice rink. Quad wheel rolling is incredible. All the zippers are very strong.

Cons

The original penguin suitcases are of poor quality. Cheaply made, handle doesn't work properly andexpansion zipper keeps jamming. Very inconvenient and disappointing.

The wheels run smoothly, it’s well-balanced no toppeling, zippers work great, and fits more than i expected.

The spinner wheels and telescopic handle allow for smooth maneuverability, reducing strain on your arm.

The inside zippers are very fragile and the separators for the different compartments are made of very lightweight material.

It's polycarbonate/abs mix which is essentially a top of the line material mixed with less durable material.

Price

Costs $$$ for a good suitcase and this being a hard shell carry-on, it’s super convenient.

This luggage will scratch and take some hits, but so will most in the price range.

Suitcase arrived quickly and i used it once as a carry on of course.

Packaging/appearance

Easy to pack with plenty of room and is expandable.

I packed it well before leaving, and after buying more clothes while on vacation, i stuffed them in there as well.

Interior:the interior we recieved it’s different then pictured.

All the zippers are very strong, something i worried about when over packing the thing.

Competitiveness

Will likely buy again because it appears to fit the carry-on sizes for american and delta.
