Pros

No more aching hips and knees. They provide great support are comfortable and lightweight. They have cushion but i wish they had a bit more cushion.

I live in vionic sandals, and wish they made more wide tennis shoes. These insoles seem to give you not only support, but mental cues. These are way more supportive and comfortable than my other insoles.

They do, very discretely, tilt your foot. They help correct my overpronation and relieve my flat-foot pain. They have been transferred from dress shoes to hiking shoes to slippers without a problem.

Cons

Not the same support as the vionic sandals. The arch support is not very deep or sturdy. My plantar fasciitis pain is much more noticeable using these insoles.

Not happy with the sizing. I have other shoe inserts that have worked just fine.
