Pros
My skin isn't as dry and dull and it was. Hard to find this high a dosage of omega-3. Doctor says omega- 3's from fish oil best & essential to heart health &. And other areas.
There is no fishy smell or burps, which is something i have experienced with many other brands of fish oil. They're easy to take and only have a minuscule burp after taste.
Cons
This product is not fresh, as i know sources with expiration dates well into 2014. I believe that this fish oil could have some sort of contaminating element. Can’t trust that it has not been tampered with!

Competitiveness
Most effective omega-3 supplement i've ever taken and it was recommended by my doctor.
Plus i only have to take one orthomega compared to cheaper brands that require you to take 3 a day.
