I blindly started taking it and shared some with my wife but both of us began to exhibit symptoms of iron ingestion which is when i caught the mistake and returned the bottle to amazon for replacement which they sent

And the cheap vitamins you have to label check because if the minerals dont say chelated they pass straight through and are worthless
