Pros

The 450 really does the trick! This product really works. I just wish it was a little less inexpensive. This product is efficient.

I have been chronically constipated almost my whole life (34 years) and was diagnosed with ibs at 10. My favorite is steamed kale. If you take any medications that cause constipation, this is a natural way of clearing out the problem" - ibs.

Cons

The capsules are darker and the product is not working. The label clearly looks like it was printer on a low quality printer.
