You'll likely want to size up a little to compensate for less space in the shoe. Great for my son with flat feet. My daughter has severe flat foot and these have helped her tremendously!

My twin sons pronate really badly on one foot and their physical therapist ordered orthotic insoles for their shoes to help correct that
