You'll likely want to size up a little to compensate for less space in the shoe. Great for my son with flat feet. My daughter has severe flat foot and these have helped her tremendously!
Cons
These shoe inserts were used, very dirty foot prints and hairs on them. This is a very dirty shoe print. This shoe print is very dirty.
