Pros

Shoe inserts are really nice, and make my shoes feel much more padded so no sore feet. The shoe pad is very comfortable. They are extremely similar to the shape of my custom orthotics that were made for me by a podiatrist 3 years ago.

Helps tremendously with posterior tibial tendonitis.

Cons

First and foremost the description is inaccurate. It squeaks with every step i take. But it has one drawback that caused me to discontinue using it.

They're very reasonable priced for the amount of support that they give.

The price did go up by about $4 a pair, however.
