Pros

Arrived very fast from supplier. Nothing was broken, nothing was damaged. Would purchase again. Excellent customer service.

It's not fancy, but it's perfectly functional. It's actually got really nice wood stain & accents.

Good quality for a young beginner. Nice starter guitar for my grandson. Perfect for a youth guitar.

Left-handed guitar has good sound, low action, low buzz. My granddaughter is left handed and loves being able to learn to play the guitar with her left hand. I am able to reach the chords with my small hands.

Cons

The bag's zipper was broken and off the thread on arrival rendering it unusable. There was an insane amount of buzzing throughout the entire fret board.
