I purchased 3 of these as gifts along with 3 games and cant get any of the 3 to function properly wthe app

Since they are clearly defective i tried to return them only to find out after purchasing that everything osmo related is final sale and amazon doesnt care one bit if items are defective

Yet nowhere before purchasing did it indicate that osmo items games and systems were not returnable

I never would have purchased anything as a gift that i couldnt return should something be wrong with it but i was scammed into doing it because amazon andor osmo was dishonest about the items being final sale
