Pros
Easy to apply, gives a lovely satin patina. Seems to be very water and spill resistant so far. It's very durable, resistant to stains and looks great.
Cons
I will not use it again when we have to refinish our floors. We are left with large unsightly blotches on our floor. I will go with a polyurethane next time.

The best part is that i didn't feel like i was going to die from toxic fumes while applying the product.
Then i worked the finish straight with the grain.

Price was padded just a bit too much for my taste.

This time around it arrived with a broken lid seal and oozing fluid all over the post office floor

After applying 2 coats to the bottom i poured red wine and water on it and let it sit 2 hours and it wiped right off

After 15 minutes i wiped the section of the floor dry and on to the next section

I have 110 year old pine and fir floors and didnt want that high gloss plastic coating look to the wood

I was a little concerned when the first coat dried since it appeared to be a bit blotchy due to the different absorbency of grains within the wood
